Scope Analysis
Input subject matter to search (e.g., product description, invention disclosure, draft claim(s), etc.) for comparison against independent claims of patents and published applications in the SynapseIP database. A semantic search is executed over the available independent claims, and semantically similar claims are returned with proximity scores and risk analyses. Proximity is calibrated against the corpus: 100% is identical claim language, 0% is no closer than a randomly chosen claim.
